The best part of my sister Julie's mashed potato recipe was her. The time we spent in her kitchen with our daughters every holiday, birthday etc.. Peeling potatoes, talking, laughing, it was the bond between sisters and daughters our daughters growing up as we grew older.
Idaho potatoes, milk, butter, sour cream, salt & pepper. I don't know what she did.. but they were always perfect.
